Whistleblowing Privacy Policy
CRIOTEC IMPIANTI S.r.l., with registered office in via Francesco Parigi 32/A, 10034 Chivasso (TO), provides specific channels to allow the reporting, even anonymously, of violations or alleged violations of laws, regulations, the Code of Ethics, and company procedures and policies, ensuring the maximum confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the persons involved, and the content of the report, as well as protection from any form of retaliation.
Personal data and information provided within the scope of the reports will be processed exclusively for purposes related to their receipt, management, and verification, the potential conduct of investigative activities, and the adoption of subsequent measures, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 24/2023, based on the fulfillment of legal obligations and the Data Controller's legitimate interest in preventing and suppressing unlawful acts.
Reports, including anonymous ones, are managed by expressly authorized individuals according to the “PQ3001 Whistleblowing Management Procedure” and data is stored for the time strictly necessary to manage the report and in compliance with current legislation.
Reports can be made through the priority channel represented by the dedicated IT platform at the link https://segnalazioni.criotec.com or, alternatively, by sending a registered letter with return receipt (A/R) to the attention of the Whistleblowing Manager at CRIOTEC IMPIANTI S.r.l., via Francesco Parigi 32/A, 10034 Chivasso (TO).
